The Toccoa Police Department will be offering a free Personal Safety Seminar at the Toccoa Stephens County Recreation Gym at the Rose Lane Complex from 6 to 8 p.m.
The seminar will be lead by Ralph Stowe, a retired Toccoa Police Officer. Mr. Stowe can be reached by email at jocks12003@yahoo.com.
