Commissioner Janice English, began her term in 2008.

Background: Has worked in various phases of real estate sales and development since 1965 having been employed with Martin Lumber Company, Inc., for 20 years.  Has owned and operated First Toccoa Real Estate since 1985 dealing with sales and management.

Education: Graduated from Toccoa High School and Emmanuel College.

Previous experience: Her first term on the Toccoa City Commission in 2008 was first political position.
