Innovative Award: Chandler Alligood

M - I would be a mentor. I would go into schools and help students learn. I feel that all children in Toccoa should be educated. I would go into elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools. I would do everything I could to help the children and youth of Toccoa.

A - I would make sure there were awesome activities for the residents of Toccoa. I would want everyone to remember what a beautiful and fun Toccoa we live in.

Y - I would allow youth of Toccoa to shadow me in my job as Mayor. They would be able to see the day-to-day duties of a Mayor. Hopefully this would help them appreciate what it means to serve the citizens of Toccoa.

O - I would be optimistic about the outlook for Toccoa. The redevelopment of the downtown area should bring new interest to the citizens and our historic downtown attractions. I would strive to keep the citizens interested in downtown. I would make sure that there were good walking areas, good places at eat, and most importantly a beautiful and clean Toccoa.

R - I would be responsive to the needs of the residents. I would have an open open door to all residents. If they have problems. I would want them to come in and discuss the problems or concerns with me. I would want all the residents to be happy and lpeased with Toccoa.
