Keep Toccoa-Stephens County Beautiful is a non-profit organization involved in litter prevention campaigns, beautification efforts, community improvements, and waste and pollution reduction education. Visit the KTSCB resource center.
 
KTSCB seeks to increase community involvement for these programs by leveraging resources and volunteer hours. The group works with the local media to create public awareness for these programs, which benefit the citizens of Toccoa-Stephens County.

* Rivers Alive (held in the Fall)
* Bring One for the Chipper (held after Christmas)
* Earth Fest (held on the last Saturday of April)
* Great American Cleanup (held in the Spring)
* Christmas Parade (event sponsored by Main Street)
* Adopt-A-Road (call Tim Hale at 706.492.8228 or email him at ktscb@yahoo.com to adopt a road. 
* Educational Activities including: litter prevention, waste reduction, recycling, and general cleanup campaigns.
