Keep Toccoa-Stephens County Beautiful is a 501C3 certified non-profit organization involved in litter prevention campaigns, beautification efforts, community improvements, and waste and pollution reduction education. Visit the KTSCB resource center.
 
KTSCB seeks to increase community involvement for these programs by leveraging resources and volunteer hours. The group works with the local media to create public awareness for these programs, which benefit the citizens of Toccoa-Stephens County.

* Rivers Alive (held in November)
* Bring One for the Chipper (held after Christmas)
* Earth Fest (held on the last Saturday of April)
* Great American Cleanup (held in March)
* Litter Index (held every other year)
* Christmas Parade (event sponsored by Main Street)
* Adopt-A-Road (call Becky McGarvey at 706.886.4338 or email her at to adopt a road. 
* Liberty Garden (located behind the County Governmental Building)
* Toccoa Falls College Recycling Program
* Educational Activities including: litter prevention, waste reduction, recycling, composting, animal habitat awareness, and general cleanup campaigns.
